This Privacy Policy explains how Merge ABC handles information when you use the app. Merge ABC does not require an account or login to play. The app uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements, Apple's App Store for in-app purchases, and Google AdMob to show ads in the free version.

Information we collect
Merge ABC does not ask you to create an account or to give personal information to play.
Your scores, best letter, saved game, challenge progress, settings and chosen language are stored only on your device.
If you contact support by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.
We may also receive limited information from Apple and from third-party service providers when needed to run Game Center features, process purchases, show ads, restore purchases, answer support requests or understand app stability.
Game Center
If you choose to use Game Center, Apple may make your Game Center profile information and gameplay data, such as leaderboard entries and achievements, available to the app so those features can work.
Game Center is provided by Apple and is subject to Apple's own privacy terms and settings.
Advertising
The free version of Merge ABC shows a banner ad during play. It may also show full-screen ads: after the celebration of some new letters, after several challenge retries, and as optional short videos that you choose to watch to get undos, use power-ups or skip a challenge.
Players who buy Merge ABC Unlimited, a one-time purchase, see no ads in the app.
Google AdMob and its partners may collect or process information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, diagnostics and ad interaction data to provide, measure and improve ads, subject to applicable law, your device settings and any consent choices presented to you. The app asks for your consent where required, and asks for permission before using your device's advertising identifier for tracking.
In-app purchases
If you buy or restore Merge ABC Unlimited, Apple processes the transaction. We do not receive your payment card or bank information.
We may receive limited purchase or restore status from Apple as needed to unlock or restore the purchase.
How information is used
Information described in this policy may be used to operate the app, show leaderboards and achievements, show or remove ads as applicable, process or restore purchases, answer support requests, detect problems and improve app stability and performance.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information.
Information may be shared with Apple for App Store distribution, Game Center features, in-app purchases and Apple-provided diagnostics or related platform services.
Information may be shared with Google AdMob and its advertising partners to show, measure and improve ads in the free version of the app.
We may also disclose information if required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or the operation of the app.
Third-party providers we use are expected to protect the data they process in line with their own privacy policies, contractual obligations and applicable law.
Data retention
Support and privacy emails are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the message and keep basic support records.
Game Center, purchase, diagnostic and advertising data are kept according to the policies and practices of Apple, Google and their partners. Game data stored on your device is removed when you delete the app.
Your choices
- You can play without creating an account.
- If you don't want to use Game Center, you can choose not to sign in to it; leaderboards and achievements may then be unavailable.
- If you don't want ads in the app, you can buy Merge ABC Unlimited.
- Where it applies to you, you can review your ad consent at any time from Privacy Choices in the app's menu, and manage tracking permission in your device's Settings.
- You can contact us to ask for the deletion of information you sent us by email.
Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through Merge ABC, except where a child voluntarily sends information by email.
If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it where appropriate and legally permitted.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and reflected in the "Last updated" date.
